Coaching Tips for New Agents
-
Be patient with yourself as you learn and implement the new skills
-
Take action in the things you can control in your new business which is Lead Generation. Lead Generation = real estate
-
You are the CEO and employee of your business. Make business plans like a CEO and work like the highest paid employee. Fulfill your business standards
-
Realistically plan to learn and develop your business plan within the first 2 years. This is a marathon business, not a sprint. Work on developing relationships with your database (your databank).
-
If you have a problem, take 15 minutes to solve it yourself, then ask for help
